Kombucha Blends

SERVING SUGGESTIONS for KOMBUCHA COCKTAILS, MOCKTAILS & SMOOTHIES

 

Showtime:

Muddle lime and mint together and strain through a fine mesh sieve.

Just before serving, add kombucha and top with sparkling water.

Distribute between two glasses and dress with a mint leaf.

Ingredients:

100ml TFQ Green Tea kombucha

200ml sparkling water

10ml fresh lime juice (2 tspn)

5 mint leaves

KOMBUCHA FIZZ MOCKTAIL

 

Ingredients:

½ inch knob peeled fresh ginger

½ cup TFQ Green Tea kombucha

½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice

½ cup carrot juice

½ cup beet juice

2 tspn freshly squeezed lemon juice

Showtime:

Combine the ginger, kombucha, orange juice, carrot juice, beet juice, and lemon juice in a blender and blend for about 15 seconds.

Note: There will be small pieces of ginger. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer to remove the ginger pieces, if desired. Serve.

SWEET BEET KOMBUCHA

 

Ingredients:

1 cup kombucha

1 cup kale leaves, stems removed

½ avocado or 1 fresh or frozen banana

½ cup frozen fruit of your choice

½ tbspn coconut oil

½ tspn cinnamon

½ tbspn honey (substitute stevia or maple syrup)

FIT FREAKs ADD-ON:

1 cup spinach – super green smoothie

1/4 inch ginger, peeled and minced or 1 teaspoon powdered ginger

1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds

1 tablespoon of one or all of the following: maca, cacao, spirulina, aloe, hemp, or any other superfood you have on hand

Showtime:

Place all of these lovely ingredients into your high-speed blender and blend for around 30-45 seconds or until nice and smooth.

KALE GREEN SMOOTHIE

 

Ingredients:

1-2 ounces of vodka
A couple splashes of sparkling water
A couple of splashes of TFQ Green Tea Kombucha
Fresh mint (We like A LOT)
Thin sliced ginger
Squeeze of lemon
Handful of ice

Showtime:

Add ice to a chilled glass.

Add vodka & top with a little sparkling water.

Add ½ cup of Kombucha on top.

Grab mint & clap it between your hands (this brings out the flavor).

Use mint as a garnish & mix it into the cocktail.

Top with a couple dashes of lemon & shave some ginger on top (use a cheese grater to shave ginger!).

Option: add raspberries for a festive flair.

MINT KOMBUCHA VODKA

 

Ingredients:

170ml of white wine

90ml of a Three Fermented Queens Green Tea Kombucha

3 large ice cubes

1 squeeze of lemon

Showtime:

Pour white wine over ice.

Add Kombucha and squeeze lemon.

Throw in a few berries for an added pop of color.

KOMBUCHA WINE SPRITZER

 

Ingredients:

½ oz Tequila

1 oz Triple sec

1 oz TFQ Green Tea Kombucha

½ oz Lime Juice

Showtime:

Salt the rim of a cocktail glass.

Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice.

Show time - cover & shake vigorously – while dancing of course.

Pour into glass.

Garnish with lime.

KOMBUCHA MARGARITA

 

Ingredients:

4 oz TFG Green Tea Kombucha

2 oz Whiskey

5-6 Fresh mint leaves

⅛ teaspoon Agave

Juice of half of lime

Several Ice Cubes

Showtime:

Thinly slice mint leaves.

Place in bottom of serving glass with juice of half a lemon and several drops of agave.

Using a mortar mash for several seconds.

Add Kombucha and whiskey.

When ready to serve, add ice cubes.
